Every NY&A piece is printed to order for you. We still want you to be happy with it, so here is how returns work.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it.

Email arberkullolli9@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage, and we recommend a tracked service.
Once the return arrives, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

If you return your whole order and the law where you live requires it (for example in the EU and the UK), we also refund the standard shipping you paid on that order.

We don't do direct size or color swaps, because each piece is made to order. Return the item and place a new order instead.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong item? Free fix.

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage, or the wrong item or size, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the faulty item back.

Lost parcels

If your tracking stops updating for a long time, or shows the parcel as delivered but you don't have it, email us. We will check with the carrier and, if it is lost, reprint it or refund you.
