Every piece is printed when you order it. That is why delivery takes a little longer than with a warehouse brand, and why nothing we make goes to waste.
Production
Printing usually takes 2–7 business days. When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link.
Delivery times after shipping
Delivery time depends on the item and on where it is going. Checkout shows the estimate for your cart. Typical ranges, in business days:
- United States: 4–10
- Germany and the UK (tees, crewnecks, hoodies): 5–8
- Rest of the EU and Switzerland (tees, crewnecks, hoodies): 6–20
- Canada (tees, crewnecks, hoodies): 5–10
- Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina: 12–35
- Australia and New Zealand: 5–35, depending on the item
- Classic tee and sweatpants, anywhere outside the United States: 12–35
These are typical times, not guarantees. Carriers can be slower around holidays.

More than one parcel
Different items can be printed by different production partners, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own shipping cost. You always see the total at checkout before you pay.

Albania, all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Somewhere else? Email us.
Customs and import taxes
Depending on where your order is printed and where it is going, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on delivery. These are set by your country, collected by the carrier and paid by the recipient.
Address changes and cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is usually already in production. Please double-check your address at checkout: we can't cover reprints for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
